1. Step Up For Your Heart Challenge is an initiative designed to promote heart health through a fun and interactive challenge. Participants climb stairs while answering questions driven by AI with celebrity actor, Ronit Roy, to assess their fitness level. The challenge combines step count and audio responses to provide a personalized fitness assessment, and participants receive an assured prize for taking part.
2. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Challenge shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”. It is hereby clarified that participation in this Challenge is purely voluntary in nature and all participants understand and acknowledge the same.
3. Participant will have to scan the QR Code or click/register onto www.saffolastepup.marico.in to participate in the Challenge.
4. Participant will land on the Challenge microsite wherein they will need to fill up the following fields: Name and Mobile number following which an OTP will be shared for verification.
5. Participant will then be redirected to the main page to take the Saffola Step – Up Challenge & instructions of the same will be conveyed through an auto-play video of celebrity actor, Ronit Roy, on the main page itself.
6. Participant will be prompted to press “Start” and carry out the task, as instructed, while having a light-hearted AI driven conversation with Ronit Roy.
7. Upon successful completion of the Challenge, Participant will be given assured rewards nature of which shall be as per the sole discretion of Marico.
ELIGIBILITY OF USE:
Use of the microsite is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including without limitation, minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the microsite. By accessing and using this microsite, the Participant represents that the Participant is of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from entering into a contract under the laws as applicable in India.

All decisions with respect to this Challenge, including Boat Smart Rings of 9 units, Noise Colorfit Pulse 3 of 4 units, Cultfit membership of 1 month of 10,800 units & a Healthians discount offer of 5,00,000 units, will be basis a prize draw, winner(s) will be selected at random and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis. In the case of a prize draw, winner(s) will be selected at random. This will be done by either (a) an automated process, or (b) a process which will be conducted or supervised by an independent person, or(c)such process as is explained in the Specific Rules.
7. 10. Marico reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.

Terms and Conditions: Merchandise
1. Campaign Partner will ensure to supply product merchandise in good condition, However Campaign Partner & Marico shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product. The guarantee and warranty of the product shall be transferred, as received from the Manufacturer / Distributor.
